Kain Brunei Merah Tenun Emas inspired by the clove pattern motif, which symbolises the individual who successfully displays the value of decency in the Sarawak Malay community. There is a difference in the distribution of floral patterns on the Brunei songket fabric and the Sarawak songket fabric, which is that the Brunei songket fabric has been woven with a close pattern of bungan distribution motif compared to the floral motif pattern on the Sarawak songket fabric, which is far away. The songket fabric produced by the Penjara Puncak Borneo takes 2–6 months to complete.
